Gilly Fox
Having worked for many large corporate clients and national bodies including the UK MoD, US Dept of Defense, National Lottery, UK DTI and the UK Society of Maritime Industries. Areas of expertise include shipyard design; performance improvement; market analysis; GRP construction; superyacht construction; work content estimation; supply chain development; and marine equipment market research. Gilly is also an avid entrepreneur.

Graham Smith
Graham has enjoyed a very successful City career, finishing as the Global Head of Execution for Unicredit in 2012.  Most recently he was the Senior Portfolio Manager for the Trafalgar Capital Trading Fund, responsible for the business in Europe, the Trafalgar Trading Fund was recognized at the 2014 EuroHedge Funds Review European Single Managers Awards for European Hedge Fund Performance of the Year, and the 2015 Best Non-Directional Hedge Fund Manager over three years. As the founding partner of Instructus Trading, Graham advises on a number of Fund Management activities and invests in a broad range of private companies.
