How We Work

We undertake the following activities, generally from the position of Directors within the companies we support. We operate very much on a partnership approach, and to date our shortest engagement has been two years.

In summary, we call this a ‘venture catalyst’ approach.

Mylor Ventures is led by Rob Misselbrook, who has been involved in the Venture Capital sector since his days at Lehman Brothers. Rob is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and operates from the company’s offices at the Tremough Innovation Centre in Cornwall.

What will it cost?

Often, we will work ‘at risk’ for significant periods if we believe the value proposition is strong enough. We then look to take reasonable fees and participate in ‘growth’ equity.
