Mylor Ventures Ltd is delighted to have been part of this transaction, which saw Fishy Filaments Ltd complete its funding round from existing and new Angel Investors, including MyVAN.  The company continues to develop outstanding products recycled from the marine industry, specifically fishing nets and its 3D filament is now part of the Ultimaker accredited products.

We are delighted to have been advising Flexi-Hex Ltd on this transaction, the company was as one of the 10 businesses to receive investment from the Sky Ocean Ventures & UKRI Accelerator Investment fund.  Based at Porthleven, this round will enable this eco-packaging company to develop their plastic free packaging products.

We are delighted to confirm that Oxi-Tech Solutions Ltd completed its second funding round for May 2019.  The company continues its lead in this Ozone technology and the Board is confident of its enormous potential across many sectors.  Rob Misselbrook will continue his role as Financial Director.

Mylor Ventures and Capital Pilot have agreed a strategic alliance to drive greater levels of investment in early stage technology businesses in the South West. Under the alliance Mylor’s angel network, MyVAN and Capital Pilot’s recently formed Launchpad South West will work together to connect more startups to investors focused on this region. Mylor Ventures has an active offline investment readiness and advisory business which complements the national online investment readiness and investor matching platform built by Capital Pilot and now serving approximately 1,000 startups across the country.

Mylor Ventures and Capital Pilot will work with the public and private sectors to ensure that more companies headquartered in the South West receive the support and funding they need to scale up and build the regional economy.

We are delighted to announce Oxi-tech Solutions Ltd has achieved its funding round.  Raising a significant amount of investment from MyVAN and other investors, this Ozone technology holds much promise across many sectors.  Mylor Ventures advised on the deal, and Rob Misselbrook will be joining the board.

We are delighted to announce that Touchbyte achieved their funding goal.  The company has developed market leading applications in facial recognition and are based in the Tremough Innovation Centre.  This equity capital will give Jeremy Sneller and his team the opportunity to drive growth, ‘cement’ an impressive list of corporate relationships and continue to develop their excellent technology.  Touchbyte presented at the Chambers Innovation Investment Network in October last year, and were advised by Mylor Ventures Ltd.

Mylor Ventures is delighted to announce that Feritech Global Ltd achieved its funding round.  While details are confidential, this shows the huge potential of the company and its excellent leadership.  Rob Ferris, CEO, presented at the recent Chambers Innovation Investment Network and this investment is a direct result of that.  Mylor Ventures advised Feritech Global Ltd.

Ultramed closed yesterday (5th Oct 2017) at £330,000 on Crowdcube.   This proved to be a case-book capital raise: well prepared, MyVAN Angel pump primed, and very well executed by Dr Paul Upton (CEO) and Alan Sanders (Founder).  It has also given the company many more leads and prospects, and possibly a number of strategic partners.

LiketoBe, advised by Mylor Ventures Ltd, completed its funding round last week on Seedrs, raising almost £200,000.  This gives the management team the capital now required to grow this business significantly.  We would also be delighted if any friends of Mylor Ventures would register on this site, enabling them to guide those students and pupils who may benefit from their experience and knowledge.

We are delighted to announce that Fishy Filaments Ltd completed its £200,000 funding round yesterday.  In conjunction with Crowdcube and the MyVAN angels, this completed in record time.  Fishy Filaments was the first company through the Chambers Investment Initiative Network and we have a number following this of equal quality.
